How to make an ACH payment? What information is required for making an ACH WIRE or ACH deposit?
 

 

 

 

 

 

For example US Banks can use ACH payments usually call local payments or ACH direct deposits, or ACH deposit, or ACH payment.

 

If you have a new bank account in US, you have new instructions for ACH payments.

1) The ABA transit routing number: xxxxxxxxx 123456789 !!!! A routing transit number (RTN) is a nine digit bank code, used in the United States, which appears on the bottom of negotiable instruments such as checks identifying the financial institution on which it was drawn. This code was designed to facilitate the sorting, bundling, and shipment of paper checks back to the drawer's (check writer's) account. This number can be for checking accounts. If you do not have this information, you must asked your bank representative to inquire about it.


2) The financial institution name: it is the name of the Bank. Again if you are not sure about the name contact your banks representative to enquire about this information.


3) Account Number: THIS IS YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER. Ask your Bank representative about your account number for ACH direct Deposit Payment instructions.


4) The account type: Checking or SAVINGS. Ask your Bank representative about your type of account. 


5) Benefeciary Name: YOUR FULL NAME.

 

1 - 5 is the Basic Information needed to instruct a payment.

 

Other Information may be required for ACH Direct deposit payment. Double check always your information.
